I’m John Zhang — a dad of three, former executive of a health education company, and Crohn’s survivor. Diagnosed in college with an “incurable” autoimmune condition, I turned to daily QiGong practice, and I’ve been Crohn’s-free for more than 30 years.
For the past two decades, I’ve immersed myself in holistic, science-backed practices — from yoga, meditation, and nutrition to modern therapies — while teaching longevity exercises and light therapy.
